Therapy for Anxiety, Overthinking, and Motherhood
You might be here if you’re constantly analyzing, worrying, or trying to figure everything out-only to feel more stuck and overwhelmed. You can’t stop overthinking, even when you know it isn’t helping. Maybe your brain automatically jumps to really scary, worst-case scenarios. Or, you play out “what ifs” constantly so you can feel in control and prevent something bad from happening.
Hi, I’m Paige, and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Approved Supervisor, and Perinatal Mental Health specialist in Washington. Through online therapy, I help anxious overthinkers, especially women and Moms, understand their experiences, step out of overwhelming cycles and patterns, and build trust in themselves again, even when their thoughts and feelings are really big and loud.
How I Can Help:
I’m engaged and expressive (i.e. not a blank slate) in session and I take an integrative approach that feels warm, conversational, and collaborative. I’ll hold space for your difficult experiences so that you can get curious about them. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and reflect patterns you might not see yet. Together, we can slow things down in order to understand what is happening in you, rather than fight against it or come up with surface fixes. We will also work on building confidence in your ability to navigate uncertainty and reconnect to your values so you can engage with life in a more aligned, meaningful way.
When working with me, you might notice:
You aren’t getting pulled into thought spirals as much
You feel more confident in making decisions
You stop trying to “figure everything out”
You can tolerate uncertainty
You feel more like yourself again
You deserve to feel better, and therapy can help.
